Version 8.2 provides new features in Vaccine Administration, Help screen updates, and enhancements to Clearinghouse reports. Version 8.2 is also ICD-10 compliant. Key features of Version 8.2 of the InSync Electronic Medical Record and Practice Management System include:

 

VACCINE ADMINISTRATION REPORT: HELPS USERS VIEW ALL OF THE VACCINATIONS GIVEN TO ONE OR MORE PATIENTS WITHIN A CHOSEN TIME FRAME, FINDING THE NUMBER OF VACCINES ADMINISTERED FROM A GIVEN LOT OR A CERTAIN PROVIDERS. THE REPORT IS GROUPED BY VACCINE NAME, AND CAN BE FILTERED BASED ON SEVERAL CATEGORIES.

 

GENERATING VACCINE ADMINISTRATION REPORT: BY DEFAULT, PHYSICIANS CAN GENERATE THIS REPORT. THE PRACTICE ADMINISTRATOR CAN DELEGATE PERMISSION TO GENERATE THESE REPORTS IN THE ROLES & PERMISSIONS SECTION WITHIN THE SECURITY TAB. IT CAN BE GENERATED FOR ADULT AND PEDIATRIC IMMUNIZATIONS SEPARATELY.

  

CLEARINGHOUSE REPORT: VERSION 8.2 ALLOWS FOR THE ABILITY TO VIEW THE CLEARINGHOUSE REPORT IN INSYNC WITHOUT LEAVING THE PROGRAM, AND NOW SCREEN CALLOUTS ARE INCLUDED IN THE HELP SECTION.

 

These are just several of the updates in Version 8.2, designed to more effectively serve our clients, and serve healthcare practices and their customers seamlessly.
