The additional types of costs that an eligible provider would pay to implement InSync PM/EMR v9.0 in order to attempt to meet meaningful use objectives and measures are as follows: InSync PM/EMR offers a cloud-based solution that includes hosting, implementation fees and all products required to achieve meaningful use stage 3 for a monthly fee, cost is per provider. On top of this monthly fee, there are small fees associated with third-party partners that provide Electronic Prescribing (NewCrop) and for encrypted secure electronic email messaging using the Direct protocol (Secure Exchange Solutions). All products required to achieve meaningful use stage 3 require ongoing maintenance and support fees.
InSync does not have any kind of Contractual Limitations on the use of any capability to which technology is certified for any purpose within the scope of the technology's certification; or in connection with any data generated in the course of using any capability to which health IT is certified.
InSync does not have any kind of Technical Limitations including technical or practical limitations of technology or its capabilities, that could prevent or impair the successful implementation, configuration, customization, maintenance, support, or use of any capabilities to which technology is certified; or that could prevent or limit the use, exchange, or portability of any data generated in the course of using any capability to which technology is certified.
