PRESIDENT & EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES
Roland Therriault manages all operations of the company, driving its go-to-market strategy and overseeing all sales activities. His experience in healthcare and technology includes more than 20 years of direct and channel sales, strategic planning, and business development. Prior to joining InSync, Roland served as Vice President of Sales for MD On-Line, a provider of acute and ambulatory clinical and practice management solutions.
Vice President of Technology
With more than three decades of experience in the healthcare industry, Kevin is a passionate patient-advocate who has devoted most of his career to producing high-impact strategies that improve health IT. He brings to InSync and its clients a wealth of knowledge in product development that is built on an exemplary record of achievements at leading medical technology organizations.
Chief Solutions Architect
With more than 21 years of experience in development, database management, technology, client services, and business, Subrata leads a team of world-class developers and IT executives. In addition to building, leading, and managing a large technical team, he is an expert in distributed systems, database solutions, cloud architectures, HIPAA-compliant/role-based solutions, and quality management systems. He serves as the key interface between Engineering, Product, Client Services, and Information Technology to deliver top-rated results.
Tina Bare is the Controller at InSync Healthcare Solutions. She brings 25 years of accounting experience and in her current role oversees the accounting team and ensures timely reporting and accuracy of financial information for the company.
Vice President of Sales
As the Vice President of Sales for InSync Healthcare Solutions, Alex is responsible for driving overall sales strategies to further InSync's market presence among ambulatory physicians. Alex possesses 10 years of sales experience, including more than six years of experience in the healthcare technology industry.
Director of RCM Sales
As Director of Revenue Cycle Management Sales, Todd is responsible for leading and driving RCM sales strategies to further our presence in the market. Todd has been in the healthcare field for the past 29 years. He also served as the National Director of Sales at his previous company for 17 years, with a primary focus on EHR, PM, and RCM Sales. Additionally, he's been on the AAOE Advisory Board for the past 3 years
Director of Operations
Melissa Allen is the Director of Operations for InSync Healthcare Solutions. She possesses 15 years of direct healthcare technology experience, with a focus on handling client support and implementation. With her expertise, Melissa is responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation and training processes for all InSync clients including EMR, PM, and RCM.
Director of Marketing
Allie Perry is the Director of Marketing at InSync Healthcare Solutions. She brings 15 years of marketing experience, 9 of which spent leading marketing programs for the B2B IT industry. At InSync, she is focused on enabling sales success with lead generation and brand strategy.
Director of HR
Reeves Judy is the Director of Human Resources for InSync Healthcare Solutions. Bringing over 20 years of direct recruiting experience and 5+ years overall HR focus. Reeves's expertise is in full-cycle recruiting in many different industries. As the Director of Human Resources, Reeves is responsible for all HR needs and leads our dynamic Recruiting team.
Director of IT
As the Director of IT, Roger Overby manages our information technology team and brings 14 years of experience in the critical care, palliative, and hospice healthcare segments. His background includes the development of rural telehealth programs, EHR adoption, infrastructure support, networking, cybersecurity, and solutions development. Roger’s number one passion is customer support.
