Meet The Team
The InSync RCM team features industry experts with more than 30 years of combined experience in healthcare and revenue cycle management. One such expert is our recently-hired Director of RCM Sales, Todd Davis.
How long have you been in the healthcare industry?
I have been in some form of healthcare for 30 years. I have experience in Channel and Direct Sales, and served as the National Director of Sales at my previous company for 17 years. My primary focus there was on EHR, PM, and RCM Sales.
Describe your role and day to day activities.
In my role as Director of RCM Sales, I am constantly trying to find ways to improve our RCM solution for the entire medical practice, while also ensuring them a streamlined revenue cycle. I work closely with our internal RCM personnel to ensure we deliver the high quality level of service our clients want and expect. I am also always looking for ways to make potential clients and current customers more aware of the RCM solutions that InSync offers.

Tell us 4 fun facts about yourself.
I have been in the EMS/FIRE field for 28 years and I have delivered two babies in the field.
My get away place to totally unwind is Jackson Hole, WY.
I am from the great State of TENNESSEE and I can tell you when I have conversations from people from other states they all talk funny.
I am also a diehard Tennessee Volunteers fan (go Vols!) and can teach you all the words to Rocky Top.
