In 2019, InSync has experienced tremendous growth. Since January, we've hired 43 new employees across all departments--Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Sales, RCM, and Implementation.

One of the people helping transition our newest personnel is Elisabeth Davis, Administrative Assistant.

How long have you been in the healthcare industry?

"Other than some high school career prep courses for the medical field--including volunteerism in a LTCF and my own personal experience--I do not have much experience in the healthcare industry. But I've been working at InSync since the end of April, and have learned a ton so far!"

Describe your role and day to day activities.

"My role at InSync is that of an administrative assistant. I guess you could say I'm a jack of all trades--I have my hands in payroll, recruitment, onboarding, HR, and operations tasks. Prior to my role here, I served as a payroll specialist working on behalf of large companies."

What's the best part of working at InSync?

"We have a wonderful work environment that allows for work-life balance. I don't feel like the true work-life balance is stressed often enough at other offices, but InSync helps provide exactly that."

Tell us 3 fun facts about yourself.

  1. "I was in marching band in high school. I primarily played the flute and the saxophone for a brief time. I'd love to get back into playing the flute, but I'm sure my neighbors would appreciate it staying in its case!
  2. I am currently in school to get my Bachelors' Degree in Accounting. I am attending entirely online!
  3. I'm a coffee fanatic. You can catch me at one of our awesome local coffee rostaries on the weekends!"

We'd like to thank Elisabeth for all of her hard work at improving InSync's administrative workflow and processes.
