How long have you been a part of InSync?

"6 months—almost to the day!"

Describe your role and day-to-day activities.

"My role can best be summed up in one word: advocate. As the InSync Client Success Manager, my goal is to make sure the needs of our clients are always being met. I work closely with the support and leadership teams, advocating for our practices to ensure things are handled swiftly and thoroughly. If a practice ever needs to escalate something, add on additional services, or is just unsure who to go to with a question, I am there to lend a hand."

What's the best part of working at InSync?

"The people! Between my coworkers and our wonderful clients, I am surrounded by great people. Plus, the opportunity to make sure each and every practice feels important makes me so happy."
