InSync's in-house Marketing team is comprised of a group of hardworking, creative individuals, all working to promote and maintain the InSync brand. 

One of those members is Shelby Forsch, Account Manager. 


How long have you been a part of InSync?

"6 months--almost to the day!"

Describe your role and day to day activities.

"My role here at InSync can best be summed up in one word: advocate. As the InSync Account Manager, my goal is to make sure the needs of our clients are always being met. I work closely with the support team and the leadership team, advocating for our practices to ensure things are handled swiftly and completely. If a practice ever needs to escalate something, add on additional services, or is just unsure who to go to with a question, I am there to lend a hand!"

What's the best part of working at InSync?

"The best part is the people! Between my coworkers at InSync and the wonderful clients, I am surrounded by great people. Plus the opportunity to make sure each and every practice feels important makes me so happy."
